first of all install .exe file....then install .msi file and click on repair..... and then press finish...done.....and after open the soft and yes to all updated wish it wants...that's it....
And if any one have problem in video, install essential plugin i.e. adobe flash, adobe air, windows media player 11 and above.
And optional plugin vlc, real player etc.
This is the best player i ever used..

drawbacks
* Requires high speed internet connection for video
* for radio low speed internet / mobile gprs is enough.. but speed from 15 to 30 is necessary
* you wont get premium/ necessary TV channels because its free ..
( but all the channels provided by them works fine in high speed connection i.e. 80 to 100mbps )
